The YoGarden is located in Fishermans Village Bophut and is run and owned by Ian and Bonnie. They have lived in Koh Samui for 8 years now and have created something quite special in the YoGarden.
You can go to just simply relax in the café, have a specialist massage or take part in one of the many different yoga style classes or detox programmes they hold there.

BIKRAM YOGA - chaweng
BIKRAM YOGA is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga posture (Asanas) and 2 breathing
exercises conducted in a heated room. The heat warms up your whole body and allows
you to work deeper into your muscles, tendons and ligaments to change your body from
the inside out.

SAMAHITA RETREAT - namuang
Samahita Retreat was established in 2003 on the island of Koh Samui, and has been called by many a "hidden gem".
