SALSA SAMUI
Besides tourists and holiday makers, Koh Samui is proud of its residents both Expats and Locals who bring plenty of Color, Culture and… Salsa.
Salsa, a dance originally from Cuba, has now also founds it’s way to our precious island and we are proud to be able to offer a variety of workshops, private- and group classes and social dance events.
We also aim to organize dance holiday events with renowned DJs, Instructors and guest dancers.
Join us at our Social parties or at our beautiful dance studios at the best locations.
The classes are held at various locations during the week.
Every Thursday — Salsa social dance night

TABATTA CLASS
Please join our Tabata class at The Living pool villas just close to chaweng post office on the ring road.
The class is on wednesdays at 6pm evening and costs 300thb [incl pool fee].
This is for weight loss body toning, increasing stamina.
Results are quaranteed!

ELITE GYM @ Chaweng
NEW SPIN CLASSES ARE NOW TAKING PLACE AT ELITE EXCLUSIVE GYM IN CHAWENG BEACH
The gym is located between the beach road and the lake road. It is found upstairs above the McDonalds.
The classes are on Monday - Friday and start at 7.30 PM.
The classes are for 45 minutes with an instructor and music.
Just for the class it is 300 THB per Time. If you want to utilise the amazing gym the classes are held at it will cost 400 THB for the whole day including the class.
This class is included in there full membership so if you were thinking of joining up this is a great reason to.
