One of the most important things to do for anyone who cares about nutrition is to get all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients our bodies require. And one of the most perfect ways to do that is start drinking green smoothies!
I used to have a lot of problems with my health and cravings until I discovered green smoothies.
In the video I want to teach you how to make a green smoothie without any recipe using what is available in your fridge, local market or supermarket.
How to make a perfect green smoothie using whatever you have in your fridge.
Step 1. Choose your base: some fruits for major flavor and texture. Example: bananas, frozen bananas, mangoes, some other fresh or frozen fruits.
Step 2. Add liquid if desired and required. Water, coconut water, nut milks, fresh juices
.
Step 3. Choose your greens or green vegetables. Lettuce, spinach, broccoli, kale, celery: the choice is endless.
Step 4. Blend in first fruits and liquid, then add greens.
Step 5. Enjoy your smoothie or add more ingredients for taste and nutrition: more fruits or berries, some nuts or hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds.
Step 6. Experiment more!
Green smoothies: smoothies that are made by blending usually some fruits and greens with possible addition of vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds etc.
